Zwcad support issues F.A.Q.
In Zwcad software, go to online tab, look for "Check update" and install the latest version which might resove your issue.
If the issue still exists, please send a video recording of the process leading to the error.
Also type Vernum into the command line and send us screen snip of that information, along with the operating system and version that you are using.
Zwcad license exceeded the number of activation errors.
After installation a Zwcad license is stored on your local hard drive. Before moving to a new computer, it must be released back to it's internet server. Do this in Zwcad software, use online tab, then license manager. Click the icon that looks a bit like a delete bin. Wait for the license to be accepted by the server. Then the same serial number can be activated on a new installation on a another computer.
How to share a license with 2 or more installations.
You can do this on the basis of one user at a time. Just use the routine above to return your license to it's internet server, the the same serial number will work on another installation of the same version.
Or you can have a network license manager limited to a number of users at any one time.
