Manager level CAD staff assessment As a manager, you know your staff, how many fit into the 3 categories below?
Category 1 New to CAD and have been on a training centre CAD course. Getting there but find it difficult at times to relate what they learned to company CAD work.
Category 2 Have been using CAD software for a while. A bit slower than some, but valuable key workers.
Category 3 Experienced CAD software users. Often the go to person or persons for CAD questions so perhaps less productive as a result.
Your managerial role: If you had a large increase in business, perhaps when things get back to normal but with reduced staff numbers, would you have to recruit or outsource?
Or would it be better to bring your existing staff skills up to a higher level of CAD efficiency. With added benefits of less pressure on deadlines. Better work life balance for CAD staff.
If that makes sense, talk to us about the benefits of In-House CAD training, focused on your CAD work.
